The GMP Discussions mailing list is an unmoderated list for asking questions about and discussing the usage of the GNU Multiple Precision Library (GMP). This a good place for posting general questions about the usage of GMP, but please read the manual first. Please also note that this list is not intended for bug reports. See Reporting Bugs in the manual. Sending messages to GMP lists with legal threats "this message is confidential blah blah" is not allowed. This is a private mailing list. Sending advertisements to this list is illegal by Swedish and International law. If advertisements are sent, the advertising party agrees to pay SEK 1500:- for administrative costs in lieu of legal action. Such advertisements will be read by the moderators and then deleted. Using gmp-discuss
To post a message to all the list members, send email to gmp-discuss@gmplib.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to gmp-discuss
Subscribe to gmp-discuss by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
